2. No Affiliation With Meta

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Meta, Facebook or Instagram. By entering, each entrant releases Meta, Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability related to this giveaway.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on October 9 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on October 31 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are not eligible.

4. Eligibility

To be eligible, an entrant must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• be an owner, or be authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of a business that is located in the state of Michigan;
• have a business that is a legitimate, operating business or a business that is about to launch; and
• not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of the Sponsor.

Only one entry per business and one entry per email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. The giveaway is void outside of Michigan and where prohibited by law.

5. How to Enter

Complete the application form at https://www.reswebdev.com/win-a-website during the Entry Period. All required fields must be completed, and the entrant must check the box agreeing to these Official Rules and the box consenting to be contacted. Incomplete, illegible or automated entries are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected or not received for any reason.

6. Optional Question

The application includes an optional question about interest in a discounted website. Answering this question, and the answer you give, has no effect on your chances of winning. You may skip it.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one custom website designed and built by the Sponsor for the winner's business, as either a brand new site or a full redesign of an existing site. The prize includes:

• custom design for the winner's business;
• a layout that works on phones, tablets and desktops;
• basic search engine setup; and
• launch support from the Sponsor.

Approximate retail value of the prize: $6,500.

The prize is built on the Wix platform. The winner is responsible for any ongoing costs of owning a website, including a Wix hosting plan, a domain name and any paid third party services or apps, unless the Sponsor states otherwise in writing. The size and scope of the website will be agreed with the winner and is limited to a reasonable amount of pages and features, as determined by the Sponsor. The winner supplies all text, photos, logos and other content needed, or may request that the Sponsor provide basic placeholder content. The prize has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable.

8. Winner Selection

This is a judged giveaway and not a game of chance. The winner will be selected by the Sponsor on or about November 7, based on the information provided in the application, including the business's need for a new website, the fit between the business and the prize, and the clarity of the entrant's goals. Decisions of the Sponsor are final.

9. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by email and phone using the information provided in the application, and the Sponsor may also announce the winner on its social media pages and website. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner does not respond, cannot be reached, or is found to be ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner using the same judging criteria.

10. Contact Consent and Marketing

By checking the consent box on the application, you agree that the Sponsor may contact you by phone, text message or email about this giveaway and about website services, including offers made to entrants who were not selected. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting the Sponsor at [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not remove you from the giveaway.

11. Use of Information and Publicity

The Sponsor will use the information you provide to run the giveaway, contact entrants, deliver the prize and follow up as described in Section 10. The Sponsor will not sell your personal information. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use the winner's name, business name, logo and the finished website for promotional purposes, including in a portfolio and on social media, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or violates these rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if it cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including technical failure, fraud or other causes beyond its control.

Taxes, if any, on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage connected with participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Kent County, Michigan.
